Mark is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable dealing with insurance companies. I was wrongly quoted 1800 by insurance and mark worked with them to explain the real cost. It ended up being over 9000! When I got my truck back it looked better than when I bought it! Mark even ceramic coated my entire truck!!!! Mark and his team doesn’t cut corners and it shows in their work. Family owned for over 3 generations! I wouldn’t go anywhere else in bowling green. I am extremely pleased with the service I received at this business today. Mark was friendly and communicated well over the phone and in person. I drove up around 4:30 pm with a mangled front bumper and was driving home with a great, stable repair just after 5. I appreciated that he clearly explained what he was going to do and how it would be done, and he showed me the work afterward. I can't express enough how much of a relief it is to have had this repair done so quickly and thoroughly, and I am so grateful for Mark's willingness to work late on a Friday to get me back in shape.
